PepMax uses artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide, including:

• Goals

• User-entered information

4. Eligibility

• You will use PepMax only for lawful purposes.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any credentials used to access the Service.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

6. Subscriptions

PepMax offers optional paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store account.

Pricing, billing periods, free trials, promotional offers, and win-back offers are managed through Apple and RevenueCat.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, scans, and information you upload.

You grant PepMax a limited license to process this information solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you own or have permission to upload all submitted content.

8. Intellectual Property

PepMax AI, its software, branding, graphics, algorithms, databases, and content are owned by PepMax and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the application
